Mirage is a low crowned, flat brimmed shade maker. Tightly felted and lightly distressed whiskey colored felt. Request a simple (black or brown) leather hat band, or one made of multi wrapped hemp cord (light or dark brown (no extra charge).

Each one is worked by hand to transform it into something truly unique and aesthetically satisfying- no two will be identical. Recapitate hats are handcrafted in the Mojave Desert one hat at a time. Each carefully built for you by musician/hatter Todd Fink (The Faint).

Felt: Fine 100% western-weight furfelt.

Sweatband: Premium black goat leather

Hatband: Choose: None (just stitching), leather lace (black or brown), or hemp cord (light or dark brown).
