This is an example of what we’d call a “beyond distressed” Recapitate hat. The Scarecrow starts off dark brown but by the time it’s done, well - just take a look. Please understand that an extra week or so is required to achieve this effect. No two will be the same! (Ships 4-5 weeks after order is placed.)

Color: Dark brown, sturdy western weight felt, heavily distressed. Each hat will be unique!

Crown Height: Teardrop/diamond shape crown (from above). Approximately 4 5/8” (Dimensions change slightly depending on hat size).

Brim Length: 3 3/8” Natural relaxed wavy brim, upturned slightly, various aging treatments, patched holes, hand sewing

Hatband: 1/4” black leather, tied

Sweatband: Premium black goat leather sweatband. (If you prefer a black fabric sweatband just include a note with your order or email RecapitateHeadwear@gmail.com shortly after ordering])
