Similar in style to Solaris but Topio begins with our Pecan color which is a bit grayer (less orange/whiskey). Fire aged with soft curves, classic pinched crown, an aged rope hat band topped with an antique square nail.

Each hat is worked by hand to transform it into something truly unique and aesthetically satisfying- no two will be identical. Recapitate hats are handcrafted in the Mojave Desert one hat at a time. Each carefully built for you by musician/hatter Todd Fink (The Faint).

Size: All sizes ship in 3-4 weeks)

Color: Toasted Pecan, (aged tan/beige)

Crown height: Pretty low, 4 5/8” in front

Brim: Subtly uneven brim edge (or request perfect edge if you like)

Felt: Fine 100% western-weight furfelt. Fire distressed (request less of this effect if you like)

Sweatband: Premium black goat leather

Hatband: Aged rope and (optional) antique square nail
